The energy of the holy is imagined in three facial images in one form. How could a compassionate and wise God not be filled with anger and grief at what the human species is doing to itself and the planet? One eye reveals holy outrage. A second eye contains the great sadness of such massive destruction. The third shows the all-knowing eye of wisdom looking out on it all.

Grief carries a long beard. Wisdom’s hair is braided. Outrage suggests male and female energy coming together with fearsome intensity.
